diversified economy develop
together, Insisting on the basic policy of “One Country,
two systems”, Insisting on the course of “Uniting, Educating,Guiding,
Servicing” for the all members, To promote the development
of non-public ownership economy, To contribute our strength
for the construction of “Matter Civilization and Spirit
Civilization”, ”Reforming and Opening up”, “Reuniting
Motherland” and ”Developing Chinese”
Our main function and task are: 1) Participating management
of Country affairs and consult of important social economic
decision; 2) Developing self-educated choiceness tradition,
publicizing country’s policy, strengthening members’ education,
upholding "being patriotic, devoted, and law-abiding",
Improving members’ accomplishment, bringing up a contingent
of leading figures; 3) Vindicating members’ legal right,
reporting member’s opinion, requirement and suggestion;
4) Guiding members to carry forward Chinese tradition
virtue, devote into the earlier wealthy help the later
wealthy to achieve the together wealthy, become enthusiastic
over social commonweal; 5) Providing IT, management, law,
accountant, audit, financing, consultation for the members.
6) Launching to get in touch with Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan
and the federation of Industry & Commerce of world
countries and the personage of business circles, to promote
the cooperative development of economy, technology and
trade, to assist to introduce into the fund, technology
and talent; 7) Doing well the facilities and enterprise;
8) Participating some certain economy activities after
trusted or admitted by government.
Join qualification: Enterprise member and Individual
member. Enterprise member is focal point to the privately
owned enterprise, invested enterprise by Taiwan, Hong
Kong and Macao, and some villages & towns enterprise.
Individual member is the investor and operator of industry
and commerce enterprise, or the representative of individual
investor after application. At present,there are near
1000 members in our Federation, they can be found everywhere,
the enterprise sorts include real estate, construction
engineering, electronic, computer and its periphery, IT,
software, system integration, iron hardware production,
stainless steel production, roll steel through dismantling
ship, architecture material, light industry textile and
dress, felt production, leather and umbrella and aromatic
manufactures, traffic transportation, furniture and kitchenware,
plastic production, chemical dope, instrumentation manufacture
and “three highs” agriculture etc.

person, Successive committee-33 person, Executive Committee-65
person, General Secretary-1 person, Engaged special invited
consultants-31 person (6 personages from Hong Kong and
Macao)
Our organization setting: Office.
Our grass roots network setting: 14 chambers of commerce,
they are: Huicheng, Siqian, Daze, Tangxia, Hetang, Shuangshui,
Yamen, Gujing, Shadui, Sanjiang, Muzhou, Da’ao, Duruan,
Luokeng etc.
